Bar & Bat Mitzvah Programs

Beth Chaverim offers a comprehensive B'nai Mitzvah program, which focuses on guiding our children toward becoming responsible members of the synagogue and Jewish community.

Our approach is interactive and begins with a meeting at the beginning of the school year between the prospective B'nai Mitzvah families and the B'nai Mitzvah Committee. During the meeting, we discuss Beth Chaverim's requirements for the student as described in the Parent Handbook. We also discuss the Student Workbook, which the B'nai Mitzvah student will complete during the training period.

Beth Chaverim also helps you connect with a list of qualified tutors who can assist your child during the 16-week period of preparation for the Bar or Bat Mitzvah ceremony.
