Campaign For Our Future
We plan to raise $200,000 in 2009-10 to assist Beth Chaverim in continuing to provide its important functions until an increased membership base allows us to become self-sustaining. Our progress towards our goal will be posted in this page. Can we possibly succeed? YES, WE CAN! If every member family contributes just $90 every month - just $3 a day, the price of a coffee - from September 2009 till the end of 2010 we will achieve our goal and then some. YES, WE CAN! We need every member family to participate; we need 100% membership cooperation. Everybody must make a financial and emotional commitment to make sure that Beth Chaverim continues to go forward. We are inspired by the concept that the act of donating not only helps the recipient but also rewards the donor. Join us in our vision of an exciting future for Beth Chaverim; an adventure which will enrich and inspire us as a community. Muriel Gardner

In April 2009, Beth Chaverim held an informational
forum to explain budget issues and to explore the best ways to improve our financial
situation as we go forward. Most of the participants agreed that we need to do
whatever it takes to make sure that Beth Chaverim continues to be the center of
Reform Judaism in Loudoun County; the center of Jewish education and learning, and the
heart and soul of the Jewish community. In August 2009 each member family received a
letter explaining the steps which will be taken to achieve our goal. We are on our way!
